Full description

 

Day 1

On arrival at the airport of Hurghada, our representative will meet with you and assist you to transfer by private car to the A.C. 5 * hotel in Hurghada for the night. Meals + Soft drinks

Day 2

Breakfast at hotel and free day to enjoy the city on your own and overnight at your hotel.

Day 3

In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada after breakfast and check-out in a private A.C. car. to Luxor to enjoy and continue your Hurghada and Nile cruise tour. Upon arrival in Luxor, you will meet your Egyptologist guide who will join you to visit Luxor tourist attractions such as.

Karnak Temple

Nowhere in Egypt is more impressive than the Karnak Temple. It is the largest temple complex ever built by man and represents the combined achievement of many generations of ancient Egyptian pharaohs. The Karnak Temple is actually three main temples, smaller enclosed temples, and several outer temples situated on 247 acres of land.

Then, check in for the 5 * luxury cruise on the Nile for lunch and refreshment. In the afternoon, we will pick you up one more time to enjoy

Luxor temple at night

The Temple of Luxor was the center of the most important festival, the Opet festival. Built largely by Amenhotep III and Ramses II, the temple’s purpose was a setting for festival rituals. The festival was to reconcile the human aspect of the ruler with the divine office.

King’s Valley

The final resting place of Egypt’s rulers from the 18th to the 20th dynasty, it houses tombs such as King Ramses II and King Tutankhamun. The tombs were well stocked with all the material goods that a ruler might need in the next world. Most of the interior decoration of the tombs is still well preserved.

Hatshepsut Temple

It is one of the most beautiful and best preserved of all the ancient Egyptian temples. Hatshepsut’s temple was built on three levels with two wide ramps in a central position linking the levels.

Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two huge stone statues of King Amenhotep III that are the only remains of a complete Mortuary Temple. The statues are made from quartzite sandstone blocks that exist in Cairo and then moved 700KM to Luxor.

Dedicated to God Horus. The Temple of Edfu is considered the most preserved Greco-Roman temple in all of Egypt and on its walls there is a “play” that shows the overcoming of Horus over the devil god Seth.

A temple overlooking the Nile. This temple is divided into 2 temples with 2 entrances, 2 hypostyle halls and 2 shrines.

Day 6

In the morning, after breakfast, start your tour to visit the tourist attractions of Aswan, including

The high dam

It was built on the other side of the River Nile in Aswan and was built between 1960 and 1970, it has had a significant effect on the economy and culture of Egypt.

The unfinished obelisk

The largest obelisk of antiquity. The Unfinished Obelisk was ordered by Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to complement the Lateran Obelisk (which was originally at Karnak) and was later taken to the Lateran Palace in Rome.

Temple of Philae

The temple of Philae was dedicated to the goddess Isis of love and beauty. The temple complex was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubian Campaign project, which protected this and other complexes prior to the completion of the Aswan High Dam in 1970.

Return to your cruise.

Day 7

In the morning, leave the cruise after breakfast, then take the first class train to Qena, then we will take you back to your hotel in Hurghada for an overnight stay. Meals {B} + Soft Drinks.

Day 8

After breakfast, we will transfer you from the hotel in Hurghada to the Hurghada airport for the flight back home.
